My path into functional and longevity medicine began with a personal struggle. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, I found little relief through conventional care. I was repeatedly told my labs were “normal,” yet deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. That disconnect led me to seek deeper answers—ones that honored the body’s wisdom and approached healing from a whole-person perspective.

That journey awakened my true calling: to help women reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and rediscover their vitality—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Today, I specialize in women’s health, hormone optimization, thyroid healing, and cellular rejuvenation through a functional and integrative lens. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in emergency and trauma medicine, psychology, and plastic surgery.

I'm a BIOTE® Certified Provider in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, certified in peptide therapy through the SSRP Institute, and trained in longevity medicine through NubioAge. I’m also an Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) provider and a Master Aesthetic Injector—but my work is ultimately about more than credentials.

At DeLucia Vitality, I hold space for healing that honors the mind, body, and soul. My care is deeply influenced by my love of Buddhism, mindfulness, and the belief that true health is rooted in balance, simplicity, and harmony with nature.

Outside of my practice, I travel the world with my husband, exploring diverse healing traditions and ancient wisdom. I’m also a proud mother of two incredible children—my daughter, Michaela, is a registered nurse, and my son, Luca, holds a degree in business and marketing.

This space was created with intention—for women who are ready to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported on their healing journey.
