APPOINTMENT POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. A $50 deposit is required when booking and counts toward your service. If you no-show, the $50 deposit is lost. Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will cost $50, charged to your card on file. If we don’t have a card or it is declined, you must pay the fee before booking again. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will cancel your appointment and incur a $50 fee.
